Prerna RaoZoning Board of Appeals

As an attorney whose practice includes land use, zoning, litigation, real estate, and other related areas, I believe that I have the knowledge and unique skill set to add value to the Zoning Board of Appeals in carrying out its duties. My husband Alex and I moved to Newtown several years ago but it feels like our roots are already deep. We have been met with extraordinary warmth by everyone here, and I am looking forward to giving back and becoming more involved. I am excited to contribute to this town’s incredible appeal, character, and value. The ZBA has many important functions, and I would be honored to help keep it nicer in Newtown.
