Application 24.16, by Vessel Technologies, Inc. and Vessel RE Holdings LLC, for a Site Development Plan, located at 4 Berkshire Road and 22 Oakview Road, for construction of two multi-family residential buildings with associated parking lots, driveways and landscaping. The proposed community will consist of 136 rental apartments in two buildings (114 one-bedroom, 6 two-bedroom, and 16 three-bedroom) and will qualify as a “set-aside development” under General Statues § 8-30g, as demonstrated on a set of plans titled, “Proposed Multi-Family Residential Development, 4 Berkshire Road & 22 Oakview Road, Newtown, Connecticut,” dated September 6, 2024, and all supporting documents, dated October 9, 2024 to the Land Use Agency.
